I agree. For one thing, you’ll lose weight and gain intelligent health through smart food intake, like no f#%€g sugar or “dead” processed carbs. Go with intermittent fasting: eat at noon, eat at 6, skip the rest (if you get desperate have some homemade kombucha or tea mid-morning).

Granola bars aren’t healthy. At all. Ever. Just eat some raw nuts instead without the “glue”.

I don’t think gyms or trainers and their advice is inherently evil or capitalistic — they do care about you — but always consider the source of the advice you take.
