Intermittent fasting, cutting out sugar and processed carbs, 30-45 mins of yoga/isometrics and/or aerobics 5-6 times a week and a regular sleep pattern all worked together to restore me to my high school weight (down 35# and 10 BMI points). A full physical and blood work last week showed I’m in perfect health. It took about eight months, but there was no suffering or the feeling of missing out on anything. Once you flip the switch and resolve to truly recapture your health your body thanks you and finds new ways to keep it going—but you HAVE to kick the drug of sugar first. Sugar is the #1 insidious nemesis that makes you think you’re hungry (and “happy”). It fools your mind and will literally destroy you.
