Park at the far end of the grocery store lot. Hand wash your dishes even if you have a dishwasher. Make your bed daily. Don’t buy a robot vacuum, do it yourself. Cook for yourself instead of eating out and sitting at a table waiting for the food. Instead of relying on the tv remote, stand up to change the channel (and soon you’ll give up tv, too!). Move out of a city to a suburban existence that requires seasonal yardwork with mowing, raking, shoveling. Basically, give up the conveniences of modern life until your body is where it “should” be, but figure out along the way that it’s actually a fine and enjoyable way to live.
