This seems like silly non-information. The difference in your top ten list is 9 countries, but which nine? Anywhere I’d actually wanna go? Someplace where it’s difficult to get a visa? The mere suggestion of a ranking implies an importance that doesn’t exist, as if Japan is “better than” Hungary, say, because of a passport.

The info neither deters nor encourages an action and it’s not provocative. It’s like saying one place is better than another because their spaghetti sauce has more or less oregano.
