We had a choice: 3600sf on a park-like acre (overlooking five “forever wild” acres) with a 49 minute drive from Times Square, or a 500sf one bedroom fifth-floor walkup with no views, 17 mins from TS by subway. Both were 7 minutes from a Trader Joe’s. We chose the former and enjoy the city without having to “deal” with it. We extract our culture and sleep peacefully in the Bambi Forest protecting our quiet, roomy home.

But we still want 400 more square feet!!!
